No. This is an educational workshop designed to teach skills and provide general information. It is not psychotherapy or a substitute for individualized mental health treatment.

Will the workshop be recorded?

No. To protect everyone’s privacy, the workshop will not be recorded.

Do I have to speak?

Not at all. You are welcome to simply listen, submit anonymous questions ahead of time, or participate in the chat if you’d like.

Can I ask questions?

Yes. You’ll have the opportunity to submit questions before the workshop and ask questions during the live Q&A.

Who is this workshop for?

Adults who struggle with people-pleasing, boundaries, conflict avoidance, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions.

What if I can’t attend after registering?

Registrations are non-refundable, but if you notify us before the workshop, your registration may be transferred to a future Kazi Counseling workshop, if one is available.

Do I need to live in California?

No. Because this is an educational workshop rather than psychotherapy, adults from anywhere in the United States are welcome to attend.
