A 6-Week Virtual Support Group for Muslim Adults

Divorce can leave you feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and unsure of what comes next. You don’t have to navigate this chapter alone.

This therapist-led virtual support group provides a compassionate space to process your experience, rebuild confidence, strengthen boundaries, and connect with others who understand the unique cultural and family dynamics many Muslim adults face after divorce.

Whether your divorce is recent or happened years ago, this program is designed to help you move forward with practical tools, guided reflection, and meaningful support.
